Hypothesis

Of the firm's existing capabilities, clinical-trial site selection and real-world-evidence analytics are the two nearest adjacencies into pharma R&D, and at least one has a named AU buyer inside 18 months.

Kill condition

MethodUnder three days. Twenty sources (ARC, TGA, ABS pharma series, three consultancy pharma practices, six analyst notes, job postings at the four largest AU pharma sites), four conversations with the health sector owner's contacts. Output: a one-page adjacency map with the two nearest named.
